Our first Fundraiser
Perkins Pie Sales
Sold on most major holidays - next one is labor day!

The first kitty we assisted in rescuing
Now known as Betty Elizabeth - rescued from a high kill shelter and slated for death due to a falsely reported illness. Now she is safe and happy in her new home.

Our second cat rescue assist
This beautiful boy was left
abandoned in a closet for weeks
after his owner died and her family
didn't want to be bothered with
him. He came to us completely shut down, severely depressed sick and in pain. He had a URI and his claws had been cut off all the way to the bone. With a lot of tender loving care from a wonderful foster mom Cindy, he is now on the mend! Once he recovers he will need a permanent home with someone to love him.
Please note, we are not an animal rescue and cannot take in pets. We are here to support the local rescue/shelters already in operation. We did however, assist in rescuing 2 desperately needy cats, as shown below.

Just some of the gift baskets a
WONDERFUL donor made for us to
donate to several of the local
rescue and shelter groups for auction.
THANK YOU Basket Lady, we love you and so do the animals these will benefit!

Our VERY successful yard/bake/craft sale thank to all the donors,
buyers, bakers, crafters and supporters!
Our first sale - before we were even done setting up!!!!
Our favorite basket buyer AND husband of one of our biggest donors!

Our best shopper and most prolific donor.
Thanks for all you do for animals!!!!
Our best deal of the day!!!
Thanks to Cindy Wear and her decision to attend the sale, this baby bird was found in the gutter as she was on her way over. She stopped and immediately scooped him up and brought him to us. Pocono Wildlife Rescue graciously took this darling in,
fixed him all up and returned him to his family
once he was well enough for the reunion. We
named him Carl since he was found on Carlisle
Street. Thanks to Judy for knowing what to feed
him. He liked it!
